Life Skills & Career Readiness

The stuff they actually need to know.

Graduation requirements cover math, science, and history. But nobody’s testing students on how to handle conflict at work, manage their mental health, navigate a job interview, or make ethical decisions under pressure.

That’s the gap these resources fill. Career exploration readings, conflict resolution workbooks, mental health awareness activities, workplace ethics scenarios, and real-world life skills — all in a reading comprehension format that builds literacy skills while teaching students how to function in the real world.

Built from real experience: I run a career-focused credit recovery program for at-risk high school students. Employability training isn’t abstract to me — it’s what I teach every single day.
