This policy explains what information MLLP Toolkit Builder accesses through Google services, how that information is used, and how access can be revoked.

1. Information we access

Depending on how the tool is used, it may access:

• Google Drive file and folder metadata, plus files created or selected by the user.
• Google Docs, Slides, PDFs, and images that are part of the toolkit workflow.
• Google Forms used to create quizzes or exit tickets.
• Basic account information necessary to authenticate the user and authorize the app.

2. How we use information

We use this information only to build, organize, preview, and deliver lesson toolkit materials requested by the user.

3. Storage

The app is designed to minimize data storage. Files remain in the user’s Google Drive unless the user chooses to export, publish, or copy them elsewhere. Any local logs or temporary files should only contain operational data required to complete the workflow.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We do not share Google user data with third parties except as needed to provide the requested workflow or when required by law.

5. Access control

Access is limited to the Google account the user authorizes. The app should request only the permissions required for its functions.

6. Revoking access

You can revoke this app’s access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. After revocation, the app will no longer be able to access your Google data.
